Mamma Mia hands-on cooking class is an amazing way to discover the unique italian culinary heritage.
Everybody knows that southern Italy is rich in traditional recipes cooked with local products, such as fish from our blue sea or vegetables like zucchini, aubergines or peppers that, according to the season, you can harvest from our 100% organic garden. So during the lesson, you will have the chance to discover the secrets of Neapolitan Cuisine through its recipes. For example, you will learn from scratch how to make and cook pasta, like Ravioli, Tagliatelle or Lasagna. You will also prepare the famous "Parmigiana di Melanzane", "Gnocchi", "Limoncello", "Spaghetti alla Nerano" and more...
Our main goal is to bring people together in the kitchen to teach them the real neapolitan cuisine and to give them memories that will last forever.
