As you ascend your private stairway, you will see your own patio table and chairs where you can relax with a cup of coffee in the morning. As you open the door to "La Rotonda", which is named for one of the three famous Li Galli islands, you enter into the vacation condominium's open and spacious living room, comfortably furnished with a sofa bed, which sleeps two people, TV, and coffee table. Adjoined to the living room is the fully equipped kitchen, complete with four-burner stove and oven, refrigerator/freezer and freezer, and dining table for four people. Off the kitchen is the terrace, where you can enjoy your meal on the patio set, while taking in the amazing panoramic Li Galli islands and sea view.
The master bedroom is elegantly furnished with a most comfortable double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, and two big bay windows to allow the Mediterranean Sea breeze cool you off. A fun, Mission Impossible "secret door" into a private corridor provides you with an additional private entrance and exit from "La Rotonda" into the church courtyard.
The tiled bathroom offers a stand-up shower with detachable showerhead, full size sink, mirror, toilet, and bidet.
Personalized air conditioning and heating, the Breakfast is available ON REQUEST at extra charge.
The "Nerano Parking" affiliated car park is located 50 meters from the entrance of the Relais. It is free for one car and for the entire duration of the overnight stay.

The price includes:
- Electricity, water and gas
- Free car parking for 1 car each apartment in the affiliated private parking area (Nerano Parking)
- Heating for 8/h per day from 01/12 to 01/04
- Mid-week cleaning and change bedroom and bathroom linen (apartments every 4 days, rooms every 3 days)
- Swimming Pool
The price does NOT include:
- Tourist Tax: € 3,00 per person per day (between April 1st and October 31st for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights)
- Air Conditioning: depending of consumption € 0.50/kwh
- Breakage deposit: € 200 payable on the spot and refund when checked the apartment before departure.
- Final Cleaning: Euro 60,00 or € 40,00 (apartments) - Euro 20,00 (rooms)
On request and extra charge:
- Baby cot: € 9,00 per day
- Extra bed: € 40,00 per day
- Kitchen cleaning: € 25,00 per hour
- Rubbish cleaning: € 20,00

Reservation and Cancellation POLICY
To secure the reservation, the 30 % of total amount will be charged on a guest credit card as deposit.
Cancellation until 30 days before the arrival, penalty of 3% required of the total cost.
Cancellation from 15 days before the arrival. penality of 50 % required of the total cost.
In case of no-show it will be charged of 100 % of the total cost.
